Calvin Wong is the chairman and CEO of Pharmatech Associates. Mr. Wong has been active in the biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, and food industries in a career spanning more than 30 years. He has held a number of management positions in operations, engineering, technical services, and validation for various biotech and pharmaceutical companies, including Syntex Laboratories. Mr. Wong has established long-term relationships with the leading pharmaceutical and biotech clients in the San Francisco Bay Area, and started his consulting firm in 1995, under the name of Pharmatech Validation Services, Inc., Mr. Wong holds a B.A. in Microbiology from the University of California at Berkeley.

Bikash Chatterjee is the president of Pharmatech Associates, Inc. He has been involved in the bio-pharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, medical device and diagnostics industry for over 20 years. Most recently he served as the Vice President, Pharmaceutical Operations for Aradigm Corporation where he was responsible for establishing their process development, engineering, validation, facilities and manufacturing capabilities. Prior to joining Aradigm, Mr. Chatterjee was the Plant Manager responsible for manufacturing Boehringer- Mannheim's disposable coagulation testing system.

Mr. Chatterjee has designed, built and qualified multiple facilities throughout his career, ranging from centralized warehousing to large capacity BSL-2 manufacturing facilities. His expertise includes site selection, project management, design and validation of facilities for both U.S. and European regulatory requirements and he has been involved in the design and validation of biopharmaceutical facilities in the U.S., Europe and Asia. From 1988 to 1992, he held a number of senior manufacturing positions at various pharmaceutical companies, including Syntex Corporation. Mr. Chatterjee is a certified ISO 9000 Lead Assessor, a SixSigma Master Black Belt and has over 15 years experience in the implementation of Lean Manufacturing programs in the life sciences industry. Mr. Chatterjee holds a B.A. in Biochemistry and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of California at San Diego.

Warford Reaney is the Executive Vice President of Consulting & International Operations for Pharmatech Associates, Inc. He has over twenty years of experience in managing the design, construction & operational qualification of biotech, biomedical, and research & development labs as well as aerospace, microelectronic and telecommunications projects. He has extensive experience in the development and deployment of quality systems for pharmaceutical / biotech organizations and is also a specialist in cGMP integration. Mr. Reaney has lead and participated in multiple quality system assessments from R&D through commercial and CMO operations as well as extensive expertise in complex system development and implementation. Mr. Reaney also has many years of experience in management at the project, operations and executive level in addition to his technical expertise.

Mr. Reaney's addition to Pharmatech's executive team recognizes the merit for his consistent visionary leadership, strong client development and his adherence to ethics at all levels of interaction. He is currently leading the effort to develop a robust International Consulting Group in Hyderabad, India, through Pharmatech's strategic alliance with Aveta Lifesciences Private Limited. Mr. Reaney will head up Pharmatech's team to assist the European and Asian pharmaceutical & biotech industries' drive to bring high quality and lower cost drugs and medical devices to the global market.

Wai Wong is Director of Manufacturing and Quality Systems at Pharmatech Associates, Inc. Mr. Wong has worked in the bio-pharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, and medical device industry for more than a decade. Most recently he served as the Validation Manager for the West Coast office of Fluor Corporation where he was responsible for establishing guidelines, project management and procurement, and validation of facilities, utilities, equipment, and processes. Prior to joining Fluor, Mr. Wong was the Senior Validation Engineer at Nektar Therapeutics. Mr. Wong has held a number of positions in validation, manufacturing, and engineering at various pharmaceutical companies, including Genentech. Mr. Wong holds a B.A. in Molecular and Cell Biology with emphasis on Biochemistry from the University of California at Berkeley.
